Do this: Stop using it. Ask your physician for help (perhaps a topical glucocorticoid) if and only if the reaction is very severe. Proactiv is overpriced, gimmicky benzoyl peroxide and usually doesn't work. This would be a great time to talk with your personal physician about managing your acne scientifically -- I suspect you'll be one of the majority of acne patients who'll need prescription-strength Rx.
