Connected?: Without an exam it is essentially impossible to determine what the bumps are. They could be normal structures, warts, small cysts - all of which are not serious, although the warts would need treatment. Your other symptoms would be totally unrelated - unless it is causing a lot of worry and stress. This could certainly cause your other symptoms. It would be best to check this out with your md.
