Losing weight: Start with regular exercises and stress reduction. Sleep at least 8 hours a night if you can and eat right. Eat a well balanced diet with lots of vegetables. High fiber diet helps to reduce the weight. A 1 year old probably keeps you on your toes. Make sure he sleeps through the night so you can too. With your age it should be easier to lose weight.
