It's possible.: It's possible, but unlikely. Pregnancy tests are fairly accurate at detecting HCG levels even 1 week post conception (conception - when you ovulated, roughly 2 weeks after your last period). You could try a first morning urine test for more accuracy, or see your doctor to confirm.

Missed period: Most pregnancy tests will be positive within a week of a missed period, so you are most likely not pregnant. Many things, including stress, can cause a delay in your period. If you are usually regular, you should see your doctor to figure out what may be going on. And if your periods are not regular, it is also important for you to see your doctor for that as well.
