Misinformed?: Back ache can represent a hundred different things, but it does not represent early pregnancy. Remember sperm have to be at the ovary when the egg is released at ovulation to cause pregnancy. That means if you want to get pregnant you have sperm in the vagina on the five days before ovulation.
