What are some natural remedies for menstrual pain/bloating?

Complicated: You are really dealing with two different conditions. The first being bloating which is often associated with other pms symptoms and the second is painful periods, or what we call dysmenorrhea. There is not enough space here to go into all of the approaches for both of these symptoms, but i address them extensively, including complementary and alternative options, in my book ask your gynecologist.
