Many: Spotting can be due to many things, including period changes, hormone irregularities, pregnancy, vaginitis, sexually transmitted diseases, etc. If you are concerned you may be pregnant, you should see a doctor. If you aren't pregnant, then you should be on a reliable form of birth control to prevent any unplanned pregnancies.

Not associated: Spotting is not particularly associated with pregnancy. Might be related to a cycle in which you failed to ovulate. If you are concerned for other reasons do a pregnancy test. You should be evaluated for the frequent urination and abdominal pain. You might have a urinary tract infection.
