Different reasons: First brown urine may be due to altered blood caused by your kidney stones, it can also be if you are not drinking enough fluids and urine is concentrated diarrhea may be due to gastroenteritis, from antibiotics if taken lately, lactose intolerance, food poisoning etc drink plenty of fluids and consult your doctor.
