Depends: Was the Duphaston for heavy bleeding? Sometimes it takes longer for the Progesterone to start working. If that's the case, keep taking it, and after 3-4 weeks hopefully it will have worked. If you're taking it as a birth control method, you may want to consider other pills. A progestin only method won't help your bleeding as much .Another option is Mirena (levonorgestrel) iud.
