Any rash?: Is there redness or rash with the itching? A yeast infection could be one of the problems if there is an associated rash. Otherwise heat and friction may be the cause. Cortisone type cream may relieve some of the symptoms. Try wearing loose fitting underwear and trousers in case heat and friction are the causes. If there is a rash try an antifungal cream before consulting a dermatologist.
