Chf with cough: If you are not producing sputum having fevers or have any sore throat, nasal congestion an infectious process is less likely. With a low ef you might be retaining fluid in the lung. You can contact your cardiologist or primary physician to see if you can start or increase your Lasix to remove fluid which will relieve your cough.
