Is it normal to have a lump-like thing in the vagina, just past the entrance? i've had it for years. is this the g-spot or something else?

Top or bottom?: If it's on the top wall of the vagina, about an inch or so past the entrance (underneath the urethra) that's the grafenberg spot. In some women it is more sensitive. Totally normal.
