GI Bleeding: When blood travels through the GI tract, it exits black and is called melena. I would be concerned this may be indicative of gastrointestinal bleeding. Commonly an ulcer will bleed and i see you are on Aspirin which can cause it, but it could be lower GI as well. But regardless, with pain, black stools and history of regular Aspirin - i would go immediately to the hospital emergency department.
