Buspar (Buspirone): Buspar (buspirone) has been used to counter sexual dysfunction that can occur with selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRI). See that you also take zoloft which is an SSRI. When you stopped Buspar (buspirone) - SSRI related sexual problems from zoloft may have shown up again. Priapism (prolonged erection) is a potential side effect of buspar (buspirone).
