Absolutely: Joint pain, soreness is normal. Hormones (relaxin) cause your joints to loosen slightly in pregnancy, but this can cause some soreness. Cramping is caused from the uterus getting larger suddenly as blood flow increases. This is usually normal, however if accompanied by bleeding may be a sign of complications such as miscarriage or tubal pregnancy.
