Vaginal discharge: This most probably is associated with a vaginal infection. I would also make sure to take a pregnancy test since this could also be related to pregnancy. Make sure you schedule a visit with your gyn provider in order to make a final diagnosis.

Get checked: It's easily possible to develop a sexually transmitted illness even if your partner has no symptoms. I see you've had chlamydia infection in the past; you could have it again, especially if you've not been using condoms.
