Pill rolling: The classic early sign of parkinson's disease is "a pill rolling" type tremor- often very transient in the early stages of the illness.

Yes but...: You are very young to have parkinson's disease, so it would be very unusual. A neurologist would be able to offer their thoughts after visiting with you and conducting an easy examination. Please dont hesitate to request to see one if you have concerns.
