Could a 5 day frozen blastocyst be divided into identical twins after transfer?

Yes: Actually this is slightly more common after day five transfer ~1%. Since the embryo is in nearly hatching or hatching, the transfer "pressure" can cause the embryo to split into identical twins. This is one of the disadvantages of day 5 transfer. Good luck.
