Most likely benign: I believe that this is normal if you have never had sex or had any recent changes. Differential diagnosis includes hormonal imbalance, stress. Anatomic abnormalities are very unlikely if it's only been 3 months. I would recommend getting thorough pap smear and blood tests for hormone levels, through a local ob/gyn.
