Fibroids: Sometimes the Depo-Provera is enough to stop the bleeding. If that doesn't work consider using a Mirena (levonorgestrel) iud. It has a small amount of Progesterone and has been shown to help people with heavy bleeding and cramping even when it is from fibroids. Good luck.
