Not likely: Your nipple may have turned darker due to the hormone treatment and/or part of your growing up. If you intend to be sexually active, please use contraception regularly rather than relying on plan b. If you have any doubt about being pregnant, do a home pregnancy test, use first morning urine and follow the instructions in the package carefully.
