Vertigo: Greetings. Vertigo that recurs makes us think of a few different possible causes. Vertigo can be treated with meclizine. I usually recommend obtaining 12.5 mg tablets. You can take 1-2 tabs every 8 hours as needed for dizziness. I never recommend staying on these medications long term. Different treatments are available for recurring vertigo episodes. See your ENT if symptoms persist. Good Luck
