Ear blockage?: if the ear is painful when you tug on the lobe then you could have an outside ear infection - you will need to see someone for rx. If it is blocked from wax - you could try to put some hydrogen peroxide in it and see if that unblocks it - but if that doesn't work may need to let someone look into it
