The maximum adult: dose of acetaminophen is 4,000 mg./24 hrs. Overdose can cause liver damage,. Check all your prescription & non-prescription medications for drug interactions & for ingredients like APAP, AC, Acetaminoph, Acetaminop ot Acetamin, or ask your doctor or pharmacist for help.Adult dose of DM is 60-120 mg/24 hrs. DM + antihistamine increases sedation. Don't drive till you know how drowsy it makes you.
