Doubt it: This is the most common sti in the country and upwards of 70% are infected by their mid 20's.(pre-vaccine era) it is usually a slow moving and nuisance infection rather than an aggressive and disabling one. I am not familiar with current enlistment requirements but doubt that this would be considered important.
