Find cause first: 1st things 1st. Low testosterone is just a number. We treat people, not numbers. So repeat your test before going any further. Needs to be checked at least twice in early morning for accuracy. If no symptoms, just monitor (shouldn't even have checked!). If symptoms (lots of disagreement as to just what constitutes hypogonadism), need complete eval eg pituitary adenoma, hemochromatosis, etc.

Several ways!: Check zinc level, if low, start supplements! Start taking DHEA, 100mg twice daily. Your free testosterone will be higher after one month!
