How to know if i have lice or pubic lice and what can it do to me?

Looks like bugs: They look like little black specks around the hair shaft. They also move and look like bugs. Aside from itching, they are really nothing more than a nuisance. They can spread easily to others so treating them with a anti lice shampoo is helpful.
