Oil pulling: First, it is your decision but to my knowledge, oil pulling has received little study and there is little evidence to support claims made by those who advocate its use. Not knowing the specific ingredients in what you personally use, makes it impossible to tell you for sure it will have no effect on crowns, although i doubt it would.
