I have no clue: Hi. Obviously we docs out here in internet-land have no idea why your pump isn't working. Call the manufacturer's 800 # immediately. They'll either walk you thru a fix, or get another one over-nighted to you. Do you have Lantus (insulin glargine) & syringes for back up in pump malfunctions? All my pumpers do. If not, get some ASAP. Use Lantus (insulin glargine) & your pump insulin (Novalog/Humalog/Apidra) in the meantime.
