There is only a: Weak correlation between testosterone and violence. Being a correlation, we do not know which causes which. Competition, e.g., can raise testosterone. The self talk or inner thoughts we have can shift us from violence to high energy, good humor, etc. Chinese medicine says we may be "too yang" and need some yin or cooling herbs to balance us. So, lots of moods correlate w/high testosterone.
