Bleeding: Bleeding comes from infection, trauma, or hormone fluctuations. You have an iud. Is the iud causing trauma? Does your cervix have cancer or an infection?Has there been any other trouble? Is the prolonged and abnormal length of time you are breastfeeding causing hormone challenges for your system?
