Infertility: 85% of couples under 35 get pregnant in a year. You may need to give it more time. If not, 40% of infertility is female, 40% male and 20% unknown. A simple semen analysis will rule out (or in) male causes. The female work up is more complicated. However, my suggestion would be to wait and have frequent sex for a total of 12 months. It will happen. You have youth on your side.
