LLETZ: There may be a vaginal irritation due to the placement of monsel's paste onto the cervix after the lletz procedure. It is used to decrease bleeding. Vaginal thrush can be treated but i would let somebody first take a look. Oral therapy for thrush would be better than using a medicine with a vaginal applicator which may disturb the cervix if accidentally hit with the applicator.
