Don't worry yet: If you feel well, then this is not worth pursuing. It's your physician's call whether to discontinue your appetite suppressant as a possible cause of allergy. If you do become sick and the eosinophils rise further, this may be a clue as to the cause. You're in kentucky, i see, and i also trust you do not have a strongyloides infection -- they're around in the hills and a check could be worth it.

NAACP: Eosinophils are a type of white blood cell which are higher in people with allergies. Other causes are neoplasm, autoimmune disease, connective tissue disease and parasites. I would have to know more about you and examine you prior to making a conclusion. Please see your doctor. If you have allergies, i would bet on allergies. If you have had foreign travel, consider parasites. Good luck.
