Dry it : Moist environment is favorable for fungus. You can buy over the counter anti-fungal powders or just regular anti moist powders, and will get better.

Fungus on feet?: If it truely is fungus, you have foot fungus. Treat both. Ventillate well. Otc antifungals are available as generics. Miconazole, clotrimazole, ketoconazole, terbinafine are all very effective and safe.
