Mirena (levonorgestrel): I think your bases are well covered. The Mirena (levonorgestrel) is better than the pill in terms of a contraception. Therefore adding something like the pill is unnecessary. The condom, although a form of contraception which will add to the efficiency of the mirena, (levonorgestrel) will also serve to help protect against stds. In all, the Mirena (levonorgestrel) is probably the most reliable method of reversible contraception.
