Not much: I wouldn't be worried, but i would see your doctor for evaluation. No period for 4 months means no ovulation for 4 months. That can cause a build up of the uterine lining, which can lead to spotting and sometimes heavy bleeding. Your doctor can try to figure out why you're not ovulating, and give you some Progesterone pills to bring on a period and clean off the lining.
