Red bumps.: Red bumps can be due to several things. If they are fluid filled like blisters, they can be herpes. If hard and bumpy, they can be genital warts. If they are just small itchy red bumps this can be as simple as a yeast infection. I recommend you have some with experience look at them. In the meantime, use condoms!
