Spit up can be norma: Most 4 month olds have some degree of spitting up (we call it reflux). If it occurs during or after feeding it may look more like breast milk or formula but stomach contents can be clear too. If it is not constant and not severe and your baby continues to grow normally, than it is likely O.K.
