Round ligament pain: Most likely you are experiencing round ligament pain. The ligaments that hold the uterus also connect low down near the labia (vaginal lips). Sometimes pregnant women feel they are getting "kicked in the vagina" -- usually round lig pain. However, if it gets bad or continues you should talk to your doctor to rule out preterm labor.
