Diarrhea: Acute diarrhea can be from many causes and are generally infectious in origin. They include viruses and bacteria. Most are viral and are self limiting. Things to considerer are whether you have fevers, chills, blood in the stool, recent travel or antibiotic use, or if you're dehydrated. Please see your medical provider.
