I'm having spotting after a failed ivf cycle, any chance that it was late implantation or am i just delusional?

Unlikely: Its more likely that your hormonal levels are altered from the cycle and may cause this. On the other hand, other possibilities include: 1. Undetected polyps 2. Rebound ovulation (earlier then usual) 3. Cervical trauma from the embryo transfer.
