Could be HPV: While the bumps you notice could be simple hair follicles (look like goose bumps) if you've been sexually active they are probably genital warts caused by the human papilloma virus (hpv). Most sexually active people have been exposed. In women they can lead to cervical cancer which is why they have developed a vaccine. Men usually have the warts for a year and then they disappear. Contagious? Yes.
