Right lower quadrant: Appendicitis causes right lower quadrant pain in the abdomen that is worsened with motion or any pressure to the abdomen. Pain increases with release of abdomen after pressure is applied due to peritoneal irritation from the infection, does not typically come and go. Your description is more consistent with a kidney stone, or ovarian cyst. See general surgeon.
