My husband has a lump in the bottom of his left nut sack. his labs; alk phos 22.0, alt 77.0, hdl 32.0, wbc 4.6, neutro auto 1.9, auto monocyte 12.3 what could cause this? thank you for your time.

Get it checked,, : Although for the most part these labs look benign, it's still a very good idea to get this checked out as it might be something important, even if it's painless. It's a good idea to see your doctor for an exam and run tests to be sure there isn't anything like a tumor or something else. Best of luck.
