Possibly viral: These symptoms are consistent with a viral syndrome which could include influenza. Initially rest, plenty of fluids and tylenol (acetaminophen) or ibuprofen( if not allergic) should help, however if this is the flu you might need to be seen to get medication for that. Other possibilities are bacterial infections, pneumonia. In a female of your age if you are sexually active it would be good to check for pregnancy.

Flu symptoms: Sounds like you may have the flu, but see a doctor for a throat culture to rule out strep and to get antiviral medication if you are diagnosed with flu.
