Pregnancy test: Once the baby is born the person is no longer pregnant so the pregnancy test should be negative. This might be related to a new pregnancy but she should still double check with her gyn provider since there are other hormonal conditions that can trigger hcg(hormone that is produced in pregnancy and makes test positive) elevated.
