Maybe: The expiration date is on the condom for the reason that they can deteriorate with time and heat. Small pinholes can develop that are not visible until oops! you are pregnant. Consider using a local vaginal contraceptive at all times with a condom in place to avoid pregnancy even with non expired condoms as they too can fail.
