Depends.: Modafinil is used for difficulty staying awake due to Narcolepsy, shift work disorders, idiopathic hypersomnia and had been used for ADHD/ADD even if it not one of the indications. Chemo brain is characterized by neurological symptoms:confusion, disorganization, verbal and visual memory problems, difficulty learning new skills, difficulty with word finding and do not respond to Modafinil .
