What to do if cardiac arrest while on ventilator?

Bad situation: Depends why one is on the ventilator and what caused the arrest. 1st thing is start CPR and follow acls(advanced cardiac life support). One the patient has a good pulse and good heat rhythm then deterine the cause of the arrest.
